How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation via our internet site, based on rooms and rates made available by the hotels.

If a hotel does not appear for the requested dates, rooms are no longer available via the internet site. In this case, don't hesitate to contact our reservations centre: 0826 10 39 09 (0,15 € /mn).

How do I look for a room on the QUALYS-HOTEL site?

To book a room on our website, you have several options:

  • If you know the city in which you would like to stay: You can access the QUALYS-HOTEL of your destination using the list on the left of the homepage. The hotel description page will open and you can make your reservation.

  • If you want to explore all QUALYS-HOTEL : You can view all QUALYS-HOTEL via the menu "SEARCH & BOOK HOTELS" located at the top of the page. The list of QUALYS-HOTEL displays and a button "BOOK" allows you to make your reservation.

  • If you do not find a hotel on the site, you can make a reservation via our reservations centre on 0826 10 39 09 (0.15€ /mn), Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm.

What is the reservation policy at QUALYS-HOTEL?

On our site, you make confirmed bookings. When you validate your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you, in the minutes following. This document serves as your booking confirmation. If you don't receive this mail, please contact us on 0826 10 39 09(0,15 € /mn) and we will resend it.

In order to confirm your reservation, your full details, including payment details, will be requested at the end of the reservation. Your card will not be debited, except in the following two cases :

  • If the date of the start of your stay is more than 89 days from the date of booking.
  • If your credit card expires before the start date of your stay.

In these two cases, QUALYS-HOTEL will debit 100% of the total amount of your stay. In all other cases, your card details will serve as a guarantee for your booking. No debit will be made.

What is QUALYS-HOTEL's cancellation policy?

On the QUALYS-HOTEL site, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival date. For example, an arrival on the 18th November can be cancelled up to the evening on November 15th.

After this time, it is considered to be a late cancellation
, and the first night stay will be debited to your card.

In the case of a no-show
, the first night of your stay will be debited to your card.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

Changes : You cannot change your reservation on the QUALYS-HOTEL site.

To make a change, please contact our reservations centre on 0826 10 39 09 (0,15 € /mn), or contact the hotel concerned directly.

To find the contact details of the hotel, you can connect to the hotel page via the Internet site. All contact details (telephone, fax and email) are clearly indicated.

Cancellation 
: For all cancellations, please contact our reservations centre on 0826 10 39 09 (0,15 €/mn) and send an email to support@qualys-hotel.com. Outside opening hours of the reservations centre (Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm), please contact the hotel directly and send an email to support@qualys-hotel.com.

If your credit card was debited at the time of reservation
(see the two examples above) and your reservation was cancelled within the deadline, you will be reimbursed.

What is included in the prices indicated on the site ?

Prices indicated are per room and not per person. They include only the hotel stay, not breakfast and other services.
A local tax may be added to the price of the stay indicated on our site. This tax varies from one hotel to another. It must be paid direcly to the hotel, on departure.


In some cases, for certain special offers, the price includes additional services (breakfast, dinner, excursions). This is linked to the type of booking you make (a room or an offer).

What time can we arrive and leave? What happens in the case of late arrival ?

Rooms are available for check-in from 2pm. You must check out by 12 noon on the day of departure.

However, if you have a special request, do not hesitate to contact the hotel directly.

Reservations made on the QUALYS-HOTEL website are guaranted
. Nevertheless, if you plan to arrive late (after 8pm) it is important to inform the hotel, as some of our hotels are locked at night. The hotelier will give you an access code to enter, even when the reception is closed.

Why am I asked to create an account?

It is very practical. When you make your first reservation, you create your account. The next time, you will not need to add all your contact details. Your account is created with your email address and a password of your choice.


My Account space is optional, and you are not obliged to create an account to make reservations on our website.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

QUALYS-HOTEL has a loyalty programme called «Carte Accent» which consists of a magnetic card multi-brand.

Each night stay earns points
. One night in a QUALYS-HOTEL equals four points. Every 20 points, you receive a bottle of champagne and every 30 points, you can take advantage of an immediate reduction of 40 euros.
