Conditions of use of the Accent Card

Your Accent Card is changing, and your loyalty program is improving

From now on, with the new Accent Card, you can earn Accent points in all the QUALYS-HOTEL properties , as well as in P'tit Dej-HOTEL and INTER-HOTEL.

All stays earn points as follows:

  • 2 Accent points for 1 night in a P'tit Dej-HOTEL
  • 3 Accent points for 1 night in an INTER-HOTEL
  • 4 Accent points for one night in a QUALYS-HOTEL

More than 300 establishments await you throughout France, all offering the opportunity to earn Accent points!

Receive your new card and keep your Accent points!

You will receive your new card directly in the hotels, on presentation, by presenting your current card. Your points will be automatically transferred to your new Accent card, which is then valid for all brands.

With your new Accent card, you can now earn Accent points in QUALYS-HOTEL, P'tit Dej-HOTEL and more than 300 INTER-HOTEL establishments on the basis of the following scale :

  • 2 Accent points for 1 night in a P'tit Dej-HOTEL
  • 3 Accent points for 1 night in a INTER-HOTEL
  • 4 Accent points for 1 night in a QUALYS-HOTEL

Points are valid for 2 years, up to a maximum of 80 points*.

You can exchange your points when you want, in the establishment of your choice*, as follows:

  • 20 Accent points: 1 bottle of champagne Laurent-Perrier** Brut L-P.
  • 30 Accent points: an immediate reduction of 40 €
  • 40 Accent points: a 50€ gift card

How will the transfer of points be made?

A simply calculation:

All points earned and validated before the transfer to the new Accent card will be multiplied by 3. If you have already received a gift, the value will be deducted according to the new values (20 Accent points for one bottle of champagne), after the transfer.

For example:

  • You have between 0 and 9 points before the transfer:


Your points are multiplied by 3.

Ex : 6 points x 3 = 18 Accent points 7 points x 3 = 21 Accent points

  • You have between 10 and 14 points before the transfer


Case 1: Champagne 10th night not taken, your points are multiplied by 3.

Ex : 14 points x 3 = 42 Accent points

Case 2 : Champagne 10th night taken, your points are multiplied by 3 and the Accent points corresponding to the value of the gift taken are subtracted.

Ex : 14 points x 3 = 42 Accent points - 20 Accent points (value of gift) = 22 Accent points

  • You have 15 points before the transfer


Your gift of champagne has been taken, and your gift for the 15th night has not been taken:

15 points x 3 = 45 Accent points - 20 Accent points (value of the Champagne for the 10th night) = 25 Accent Points.


- Champagne gift 10th night = 1 bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne (alternative brand possible) Brut L-P.
- Gift 15th night =1 bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne (alternative brand possible) Brut L-P or a reduction of 40 €.

Extract of general conditions of use

1° The loyalty programme is for individual clients and is valid exclusively in P'tit Dej-HOTEL, INTER-HOTEL and QUALYS-HOTEL establishments referenced in the guides of the current year.

2° Everyone wishing to join the programme must fill out a request form for the card. The Accent card is given in exchange, by the hotelier. It is free, nominative, and strictly personal (name written on the back). The inscription is valid when details from the form have been entered in to the IT system for the loyalty programme, by the hotelier who gives you the card.

3° Cardholder email address must be provided. Once registered, the cardholder will receive his log-in and password by email, enabling access to his loyalty account via internet.

4° The benefits of the Accent card apply only to published rates, « Forfaits Commerciaux" rates (available from Sunday to Thursday evening) and corporate rates (exceptions possible) with SEH. For all other rates or promotions, points are not applicable.

5° Each night spent in a hotel of the group ‘Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie' earns Accent points, on presentation of the card at the time of payment, at the end of the stay. Points are earned as follows :1 night in a P'tit Dej-HOTEL earns 2 Accent points, 1 night in an INTER-HOTEL earns 3 Accent points, 1 night in a QUALYS-HOTEL earns 4 Accent points.

Points obtained in the context of the loyalty programme of the Accent card are limited to a total of 80 Accent points. Once this number is reached, during your next stay, the new points will be registered, but will automatically reduce the total by the equivalent number of Accent points. Each point is valid for 2 years from the calender date of aquisition. All points unused at this date will be lost.

6° Within the terms of validity (maximum 2 years, and 80 Accent points, and as long as all information relating to the cardholder has been entered into the IT system, the loyalty programme offers: 

  • For 20 Accent points : a bottle of Laurent Perrier brut champagne *, up to a maximum of 2 bottles by hotel by day, and subject to availability.
  • For 30 Accent points : an immediate reduction of 40 €** (non refundable).

7° On presentation of the Accent card in a P'tit Dej-HOTEL, INTER-HOTEL or QUALYS-HOTEL, the cardholder may request his number of points, and the list of gifts available. He may consult his loyalty account via internet : www.ptitdej-hotel.com, www.inter-hotel.com, www.qualys-hotel.com, ‘Loyalty Card'.

8° Any use of the card not conforming to the general conditions of use (available on the websites) can be sanctioned by the immediate cancellation of the card, its advantages, and the total points accumulated , without compensation of any kind.

9° Everyone requesting an Accent loyalty card will be deemed to have read and accepted the general terms and conditions relating to its use.

10° The cardholder authorises the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie, and the hotels it represents, the use of the information transmitted in the application form for the Accent card, in order to send information about the loyalty progamme or other services of the chain. In line with French Law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978, the cardholder can access, modify rectify, or cancel information concerning him.


* The Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie reserves the right to substitute another brand of champagne, at any time. The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for your health.

** Amount ( including taxes) of the immediate reduction , at the 1st December 2009, which can be changed without notice by SEH.
